Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for Toland Road Landfill—Toland Optimization Plan

A Notice of Availability was prepared to notify agencies and interested parties that Ventura Regional Sanitation District prepared a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the above-referenced project, which was distributed for public review pursuant to the California Public Resources Code and the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines (CEQA Guidelines).

The Draft SEIR comment period began on July 24, 2020 and ended on September 7, 2020.

Written comments on the Draft SEIR were accepted until 5:00 pm on Monday, September 7, 2020. Comments were submitted to:
